Technical Project Manager

We are currently looking for project manager.

 

 

 

The Role: ​

 

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to be part of our team. The candidate has an audio-visual background in live events. 

​

​

As a project manger your main responsibilities will be: 

​

  • Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers

  • Responsible for providing rental and show proposals

  • Will be lead technical role in planning, setting up and running events

  • Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the event in a timely, accurate, and on budget manner

  • Accountable for the timely, successful conclusion of all projects

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Getting Through The Door

​

  • Must have audio visual knowledge, understand av system functionality and installation processes and techniques

  • Able to coordinate internal and external resources for successful results

  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues

  • Ability to prioritize duties for effective and successful performance

  • Understand and maintain project budgets

  • Effectively manage multiple projects

  • Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle stressful situations

  • Work in a high pace environment

  • Availability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends

  • Availability to travel for extended periods of time

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Valid Driver's license

Education & Experience

 

  • Experience as a project manager is preferred

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the AV industry is required

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience

​
