
A/V Department Lead

We are currently looking for A/V department leads.
The Role: ​
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to be part of our team. Our ideal candidate has an audio-visual background in live events. One that processes in depth understanding of various audio and video equipment.

As a department lead your main responsibilities will be:
​

Perform inventory management for incoming and outgoing equipment
-
Work closely with logistics and perform cross-functional duties with other departments
-
Manages general day to day operations within their department
-
Maintain quality control, best practices, procedures , and fostering an orderly and organized warehouse
-
Help coordinate the flow of equipment on the warehouse floor
-
Prepare, scan, and count equipment items to be delivered to and from show site
-
Ensure equipment is packed safely and securely
-
Ensure all orders are complete, labeled and ready
-
Loading and unloading of all trucks
-
Other duties assigned as needed

Maintain positive healthy relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

Must have audio visual knowledge, understand av system functionality and installation processes and techniques

Able to coordinate internal and external resources for successful results

Ability to prioritize duties for effective and successful performance

Demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to work within extremely tight timelines

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds

Ability to handle stressful situations

Availability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends

Lift 50lbs

Walking/standing 50% of the time

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Good work ethic and reliable

Valid Driver's license

Education & Experience
-
Experience as a project manager is preferred
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in the AV industry is required
-
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Demonstrated management and leadership experience
